Ms. Jessica is the Red Bridge Preschool director and lead teacher. She holds a Master of Education degree from the University of Minnesota, a BA in Psychology with a minor in Spanish from Bethel University and is certified to teach in MN.
Ms. Jessica has been an active volunteer with children throughout her life, beginning her professional career in 2003 teaching K-1 students at World Cultures Elementary. She is passionate about excellence in education and enjoys meeting the needs of diverse learners. Ms. Jessica brings joy and humor to her classroom and inspires a love of learning in her students.
Ms. Jessica lives north of Marine on St. Croix with her husband and two children. A home life filled with friends, gardening, chickens, bunnies, cats, an old tractor and a goldfish named Zippy keeps every day interesting.
Ms. Susan is the lead teacher for the Tremendous Twos and has been teaching at Red Bridge since 2006. She has a degree in Social Work and has completed additional coursework in the field of Education. Her expertise and love for children and families are an asset to our team. She brings a great deal of experience, humor, energy and skill to her work here at RBPS.
Ms. Jenn is excited to spend time assisting in the preschool classroom this year. Between her career in advertising/promotions and her newest endeavor as a Holistic Health Coach, Jenn has spent time volunteering in various settings with children over the last 15 years. Most recently, she has led the Marine Girls’ Running Club for 3rd-6th graders. Jenn is a Marine resident and a mom to three girls, ages 17, 15, and 10. In her free time, Jenn loves to run with her dog Max, hike, read, eat good food with her family, and travel as often as possible.
Ms. Megan is looking forward to assisting in the Twos room this year. She has 14 years of experience as a RN in a hospital setting, primarily with patient education for new moms. She has three children who attended Red Bridge and now attend Marine Elementary. She has been the Marine School Association President and/or Board Member for the last few years, volunteering extensively in school. Megan is also an active member and volunteer at Christ Lutheran. She enjoys spending time with family, going for walks and traveling.
Ms. Elizabeth will be assisting in our Preschool classes this year. She is a licensed teacher who has completed her Masters Degree in Education. Most recently, she has worked in the Marine and Withrow Elementary Schools as a Media Specialist and Math and Reading Interventionist. She has been an active volunteer in the schools and community for many years. Elizabeth’s family lives in Stillwater. She has children in college, 12th grade and 8th grade. She also lives with her giant golden-doodle, George.
